Calling all Businesses in Terrace and Surround!
As the weather warms, and we begin to think of life at a faster pace, it is our pleasure to extend an invitation for your participation in the upcoming Terrace and District Chamber of Commerce Trade Show! With a decades long history of bringing businesses, both local and global, together under one roof, we are excited to once again get to see our members both new and old, and showcase all the diverse business Terrace has to offer. After a huge turn out last year, act fast as we expect to sell out quickly! Spread the word, and maybe this year we can expand to the second rink!

We would love for you to be part of our thriving tradeshow and help it become a community event the way we all remember, with food, fun, and entertainment for the entire family, and opportunities for local businesses to grow and thrive. That’s why this year we are planning a few things we hope will engage everyone! That does however, also ask for the enthusiastic participation of you, our valued members, and the reason we are all putting this together.

Door Prizes:
Calling for donations for door prizes! Can you provide a service? Could that be bundled with other amazing businesses in town for wonderful door prizes that draw the public in? Last year we had Free Night Stays at the Kamloops Sandman Signature, and Prince George Sandman Signature, this year lets keep it local and equally as epic!
Draw Prizes at your booth are Highly Encouraged:
Draw people in and entice them to your booth. Get email addresses for advertising to those interested in your business, or contact cards from other Trade Show Participants that want to network with you and learn about what you do.
Small Business Vendor Booths:
A fan favorite from years in the past, but that didn’t happen last year, is vendor booths for smaller, local, usually home based or artisanal businesses, these 5x10 set ups allow for 1 table and plenty of space for your wares, and at $350, or more than 50% off the standard booth it is a steal!
Booth Awards:
Categories to come! Stay tuned for how you can take home the bragging rights and probably a trophy or two for making your booth a sight to remember! Suggestions welcome!
Food Court:
Do you own a food truck? Do you have a cake or pie business? Are you a regular at the farmers market with anything delicious and edible? Do you have an Ice Cream stand on Wheels? What about a Coffee Stand? Can your Brewery serve up some cold brews in a beer garden? We want you to be featured at our Food Court!
Networking Evening and Drinks:
Location TBD, come out to see who wins the Booth Prizes! Complimentary nibbles and drink!
Call for Musicians:
We're on the lookout for talented musicians to add a vibrant soundtrack to our event. Please spread the word far and wide! We would love to get you a time slot!
